Warranty & Returns
Warranty Coverage Products purchased from Mirrormapper include manufacturer warranty and are supported through official DJI channels where applicable. Warranty coverage varies by product; please refer to your product documentation. ACCC 1 Year warranty applies on all products and cannot be superseded.

DJI Care Refresh
For accidental damage, crashes, water exposure, or flyaways (if purchased).
How to use DJI Care Refresh:
- Log in to your DJI account at repair.dji.com or service.dji.com.
- Create a case: Go to Repair Services > Request Repair Service Online (or DJI Care Express for faster replacement where available).
- Select your product, describe the issue, upload required details/photos/video/flight logs if prompted.
- Follow DJI instructions: Pay replacement fee (if applicable), send damaged unit back (or use Express for advance replacement).
- Receive replacement after processing.
