Path planning matters more than channel count on small fit-outs. Clear what you can. Walk multi-angle paths around clutter. Leave with coverage the CAD team can navigate.
When to step up
Large commercial floor plates, long corridors or mixed outdoor work push you toward C1 Pro or C10. Bring the floor plate size if you are unsure.

C1 or C1 Pro for scan to BIM?
C1 for indoor-heavy renovation. C1 Pro when the model must sit on real-world coordinates from outdoor legs.
What formats do we export?
Commonly LAS, LAZ, E57 or PLY. We wire the path your CAD team actually opens.
Do designers need to be surveyors?
