Choosing a model
C10-16, C10-32 or C10-32 Pro?
C10-16 to enter the range. C10-32 when channel density matters. C10-32 Pro when you need the longest C10 walk. Same backpack workflow and RTK across the line.
When is C10 the right scanner?
When the site is a plant, pit, long facade or mixed indoor-outdoor traverse. C1 stays the indoor and enclosed-space walk. C10 adds range and channel count for the larger site.
Who is the C10 series for?
Crews scanning process plant, open-cut, long facades and large interiors. If the job is rooms and stairwells, start with C1.
On the job
How do you carry a C10?
Paid backpack. It is not in the scanner kit. Handheld on C10 is not the intended all-day carry.
Can C10 go on a drone?
No. C10 is ground-based. For aerial LiDAR we spec Matrice and the payload.
Buying and delivery
What is in the C10 kit?
Scanner, batteries, charger and the lines on the quote. The backpack is a separate accessory. Confirm the packing list before you raise the PO.
What does C10 not replace?
A total station control network on a featureless tunnel, or a finished BIM model. We plan loops and checks. Brochure range is not a promise on a blank drive.
Data and software
What software is included?
SHARE Capture, PointClouds Studio, and MapShare 50 GB for one year with the sale. Process on your own machines. No per-scan fee from us.
Can we use C10 scans in CAD or Revit?
Yes as a spatial underlay. Export LAS, LAZ, E57 or PLY. After import the cloud is for viewing and measuring, not an editable BIM object by itself.
