Choosing & buying
When do we pick Mini instead of Pro?
Mini is the pocket GNSS for occupied shots and light RTK pickups. It shares the 320 g body, 1408 channels and IMU tilt to 30 degrees. Choose Pro when you need the green laser for offsets.
Does Mini replace a survey pole rover?
For occupied centimetre shots on a 1/4-inch mount, it can. For visual measure, AR stakeout or a 5/8 pole crew, look at V10.
Accuracy & performance
What RTK figure should we plan for?
FJD quotes GNSS RMS of 8 mm plus 1 ppm horizontal and 15 mm plus 1 ppm vertical with a fix. Tilt on Mini is specified to 30 degrees. Confirm the coordinate system and NTRIP source before you promise engineering absolute.
Support & AU supply
What does handover include?
Trion Survey, your datum and NTRIP, set by the same engineers who stay on support. Australia-wide.
