H30: what it looks like, what changed
Long-range zoom. RGB for condition, reports, daytime structures, towers, substations, bridges. The file is pictures and notes.
H30T: where the heat is
Anomalies, night, electrical faults, fire, search. You still zoom visually to explain what the heat was. Thermal does not replace the report. It shortens the hunt.

Do not buy H30T "in case"
If heat is not in the weekly workflow, you bought a sensor you will not process. If the job is thermal every week, H30 alone will miss it.
